Galimaro Cheese Dip

  • 1 10oz can of Rotel
  • 1 32oz block of Velveeta Cheese
  • 1/3 cup of Galimaro Sauce

Hummus Dip:

  • 10oz of Plain Hummus
  • 1 tbsp. of Galimaro sauce

Crock Pot Chicken:

  • 3 chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup of Galimaro sauce
  • 1 cup of Chicken broth

Cook in crock pot on high for 4-6 hours. Shred the chicken then make into Shredded Chicken Tacos: Topped with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and Galimaro Mayo.

Galimaro Lamb Chops with Grilled Asparagus:

  • Lamb chops
  • Asparagus

Rub lamb chops with olive oil, salt & pepper.

Season asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper and Galimaro sauce.

Grill for approximately 10 min or to your liking.

Top finished lamb chops with Galimaro sauce.

Galimaro Chicken Skewers:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • Green, yellow and red bell peppers
  • Sliced mushrooms

Rub chicken with Greek seasoning, salt, pepper and Galimaro sauce.

Dice up all the chicken and vegetables and put on skewers.

Put on the grill for about 20 min, turning occasionally.

Galimaro Steak and Potatoes:

  • 2 skirt steaks
  • 1 cup of baby yellow potatoes, quartered
  • ½ cup of onion
  • 2 tbsp of parsley

Dice up onion and parsley and combine with the potatoes. Pour over the Galimaro sauce to coat.

Season the potatoes with salt, pepper and Greek seasoning. Wrap up all the ingredients in foil and put on the grill.

Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper and Galimaro Sauce. Grill approximately 15-20 min.

Cook on high heat 3-4 min each side. Lower heat and cook another 3-4 min each side until cooked to your liking.
